- Indemnity Bond from Seller.
- Transfer application from Purchaser.
- Pro-forma Information Of Purchaser.
- Payment of Advance Tax by Purchaser (un-leased plot).
- Indemnity Bond from Purchaser.
- Undertaking from Purchaser.
- Sale Agreement / Attested Photocopy of Conveyance Deed.
- Newspaper Cutting.
- NOC from Registrar Coop. Societies Office. (for Sub-Lease Plots).
- Transfer Fee @ Rs.800 Per Sq. Yd.
- Payment of Stamp Duty by Purchaser (un-leased plot).
- Masjid Contribution from Vendor Rs.10,000/-
- Masjid Contribution from Vendee Rs.10,000/-

- Certified Copy of Court Order.
- Certified Copy of Letter of Administration.

- Copy of FRC (Attested by Notary Public)
- CNIC copies of all legal heirs.
- Indemnity Bond from Petitioner.
- Transfer Fee.

2ND Stage.
- Application.
- Certified Copy of Application for Permission to Sell.
- Certified Copy of Court Order regarding Permission to Sell.
- Relinquishment Deed (if any).
- NOC from Registrar Coop. Societies Office. (for Sub-Lease Plots Only).
- Payment of Stamp Duty (un-leased plot).
